1. Orders and Billing

  • Account suspension or termination caused by violation of our Terms
  • Prohibited sexual content, fraud, chargeback abuse, account sharing, stolen payment methods, unauthorized API use, or automated abuse
  • Fees charged by payment processors, banks, card networks, tax authorities, or other third parties

3.5 Verification

We may ask for information needed to verify a request. Requests may be denied if they are unsupported, delayed, inconsistent with account activity, linked to account sharing, or connected to policy violations.

If we determine that an account has generated, attempted to generate, uploaded, requested, stored, shared, or distributed prohibited content, we may immediately and permanently terminate the account without notice and without refund.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users who initiate false, abusive, repeated, or bad-faith disputes may lose access to the Service and may be responsible for dispute fees, collection costs, and other losses permitted by law.
